We are now looking for a Business Development & Operations Lead to drive the growth of GlueX by identifying, developing, and managing partnerships while overseeing operational tasks. This role is crucial to selling our API services and scaling our presence in the SaaS ecosystem. You will work closely with partners, lead sales efforts, and manage operations, including fundraising, hiring, event coordination, and more.

What You Will Do- Drive API adoption: Research potential partners, develop strategic relationships, and lead efforts to onboard businesses to our API services.
- Expand partnerships: Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships to drive revenue and growth.
- Negotiate and structure deals: Define partnership terms, including deliverables, timelines, and expected outcomes, ensuring mutual benefit and success.
- Sales leadership: Own the sales cycle from lead generation and nurturing to deal closure, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
- Manage operations: Oversee hiring, engage marketing campagnes and event coordination tasks to support company growth.
- Track and optimize performance: Monitor project progress, analyze results, and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Stay informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and advancements to refine our strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, project management, or a related field.
- Proven track record in selling SaaS products, APIs, or technical solutions to businesses.
- Strong understanding of the B2B sales process, including lead generation, nurturing, and deal closure.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing external communications and presenting to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
