GlueX Protocol is a leading infrastructure provider powering decentralized applications (dApps) on Ethereum and other EVM-based blockchains like Arbitrum, Base, and Scroll. Our systems underpin some of the largest DeFi applications, including CowSwap, UniswapX, and 1inch Fusion—facilitating over $10B USD in settled volume to date.

As a Business Development & Operations Intern, you’ll play a hands-on role in growing our business, forming strategic partnerships, and supporting key operational initiatives. You’ll gain exposure to API-based services, SaaS business models, and high-impact decision-making in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist in identifying and researching potential partners and markets for GlueX’s API services and DeFi solutions.
• Support partnership outreach, onboarding, and communications with dApps, protocols, and infrastructure teams.
• Work with the BD team to structure proposals, prepare pitch materials, and draft agreements.
• Help coordinate hiring, marketing campaigns, and event logistics.
• Track key metrics and generate performance reports for internal reviews.
• Conduct competitive research and stay updated on developments across crypto, DeFi, and Web3 infra.

What We're Looking For

• Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, startups, and B2B technology.
• Excellent communication and research skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and adapt quickly.
• Experience with Notion, Google Suite, and basic project management tools is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior internship experience in BD, sales, operations, or startups.
• Familiarity with APIs, crypto protocols, or SaaS tools.
• Bonus: you've used DeFi apps like CowSwap, Uniswap, etc., and know how they work.
