Job Summary

We’re looking for a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to help scale our Engineering and Data organizations by identifying and engaging exceptional technical talent. In this role, you’ll partner closely with the Head of TA and hiring managers to build strong talent pipelines across software engineering, product engineering, data science and related technical functions. You’ll play a critical role in shaping the candidate experience from first touch through interview process coordination, while helping the team move quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and excited about solving difficult hiring challenges.

What You’ll Do

  • Source and engage top technical talent across Engineering and Data organizations using LinkedIn Recruiter, outbound outreach, referrals, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for both active and future hiring needs.
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct initial outreach and candidate qualification conversations.
  • Help manage interview coordination and candidate communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Track pipeline activity and maintain accurate candidate data within the ATS.
  • Develop sourcing strategies that improve candidate quality, pipeline conversion, and speed to hire.
  • Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring landscapes within technical recruiting.
  • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and help elevate the overall candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring

  • 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting for technical roles, with a strong focus on Engineering and Data hiring.
  • Experience hiring across functions such as Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Data Science, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Product Engineering.
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools/platforms.
  • Ability to identify and engage high-quality technical talent in competitive markets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Strong partnership mindset and ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting workflows.
