About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to support our warehouse operations. This role requires a hands-on contributor who can effectively manage daily tasks and contribute to the field operations. The ideal candidate is someone who is incredibly detail oriented, a team player, thrives in a fast paced environment and can think on their feet.
This is a contract to permanent position working 40-hours a week.
The role is contingent upon passing a stringent background check.
What You'll Do
- Work with the general warehouse manager to oversee and coordinate daily activities specifically involving Courtyard assets, including but not limited to: receiving, inventorying, storing, handling, shipping, and securing those assets
- Actively participate in warehouse operations, providing hands-on support as needed
- Escalate any issues with products or process swiftly to the Warehouse Manager
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment following company standards
- Proactively resolve unexpected issues such as misplaced inventory or discrepancies, using problem-solving skills
- Handle valuable assets with care and precision to ensure no damage to company property
- Contribute to a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse
- Collaborate with team members to meet productivity and efficiency goals
What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment highly preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills and the initiative to address challenges as they arise
- High attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy and quality
- Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 25 pounds on multiple occasions throughout the day
- Previous work in high volume or complex inventory management is a plus
- Previous work in high volume shipping & receiving is a plus
