At Courtyard.io, you’ll play a critical role in bringing structure, organization, and efficiency to teams across the company to help scale the fastest-growing collectibles startup ever. You will join a lean and experienced remote-first team that prioritizes technical ingenuity, authentic communication, and a get-it-done attitude. You’ll own the roadmap and work directly with the leadership, engineering, go-to-market, finance, and operations teams to deliver at a blistering pace.

What You’ll Do

• Accelerate the delivery of projects across engineering, operations, and go-to-market to facilitate Courtyard's expansion and growth across the collectibles market
• Create, standardize, and operationalize processes that help Courtyard deliver projects more easily and efficiently
• Manage the current priorities, backlog and roadmap, bringing a holistic perspective to strategic and tactical discussions at the leadership and individual team level
• Blend user input with strategic goals to craft a well-rounded schedule and prioritization system, consistent with existing roadmaps and objectives.

What You’ll Bring

• You are passionate about startups and program management and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• 6+ years of experience in delivering projects faster than most competent people think possible whether that's as an engineer, PM, PgM, or TPM
• Deep technical background - you could be writing code, but you excel at understanding how systems work and how to build and launch them efficiently.
• Experience working with distributed teams and collaborating in a remote-first environment using tools like Slack and linear. Top-notch communication skills are essential.
• You take ownership of your work with a leadership mindset, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and the ability to drive projects forward independently.
